We offer up to 5 years term, interest rate starting from 17% pa. Basically suitable for applicant with clear credit history where minor credit default could be considered with reasonable explanations.

Borrower will have to proof the income to service the new loan with new repayment on top of all other monthly commitments.

Loan establishments, valuation, legal and other cost will involve some Initial outlay for the Borrower to generate the Loan contract ( Usually capitalized with the loan amount) but in return the borrower will get only 17%-19% interest rate PA with 5 years term to repay the money very easy.

We accept Property, Plant and Equipments as security. To offer used or new Plant & Equipment as security borrower can borrow up to 70% of the Auction Value Of the New or used Equipment. Loan amount More than $75000 must be secured by property.

Properties must be readily saleable and not be geographically remote from a major population centre, or contain specialised improvements that would limit their market in the event of resale. We do not lend against the value of development approvals, growing crops (vines, orchards, timber plantations etc), or specialised securities such as boarding houses, aged care centres or commercial property developments etc.

While the LVR we consider ultimately depends on the quality of the borrower and security our usual maximum advances are:

Industrial- 70%

Improved Rural- 70%

Commercial (Office & retail)-75%
